1.3 Duration of data storage

  1. The log files including the IP address will be deleted automatically three days after storage. However, before being deleted, the IP address is depersonalised and will only be stored for administrative (technical) purposes.
  2. The provision of the personal data mentioned above is neither legally nor contractually mandatory. However, without the provision of these data the service or the functioning of our website cannot be not guaranteed. Some services or functions may not be available or not fully available.

2.1 Subject matter and purpose of data processing

  1. Cookies are small text files help us make the use of our services and our website more convenient for the visitor. 3. Web and user analysis
3.1 Subject matter and purpose of data processing

  1. On our website, we use tracking and web analysis tools. These enable the collection of access data to our website and the analysis of users' behaviour to help us optimise our services. These tools allow us to establish how users access our website and from which websites they come, which parts of our website are visited most frequently as well as how often and for how long certain pages and categories are being visited. In addition, we are able to establish which search terms and names of websites the user used, how many users visit our site and which information or offers are preferred. Our aim is to use this information to improve our offers and our online presence and make it more user-friendly. The statistical analysis of the user profiles permit us to draw conclusions on the operating and the success of our website and its functions, e.g., answers to questions regarding the number of times information pages on certain product groups have been opened, or how many visitors have clicked on certain offers. Tracking tools allow us to orient our services more precisely towards our customers, visitors and interested parties.
  2. Tracking tools allow the evaluation of user behaviour and analysis of users' interests. To this end, we create a depersonalised user profile. If you log into your account using your user data, we are also able to establish a personal reference to you (profiling).

We do not consider this a substantial restriction of the personality rights of our customers, as these profiles are developed and processed using pseudonyms. In addition, the analysis only refers to our appointment scheduling solutions and the components relevant to this function. To make best use of the information and of our services seems to us to be the overriding interest. Naturally, the right to object to such profiling remains intact.

  1. We do not transmit your data to third parties. However, in the field of web and user analysis, we cooperate with professional service providers who create user statistics for us. This contractual relationship is based on the obligation of the providers to have taken special measures for the protection of your data and to process your personal data only according to our instructions (art. 28 GDPR).
